T-Sport 6ft Fitness Freestanding Martial Arts Bag - Black

Product Information

Commercial use 6 feet tall with about 20 sq ft of striking surface area. An complete target zone (16 1/4" diameter) allows for kicks and punches at lots of different heights. The low profile base will allows for low shin/thigh kicks. Very easy to fill and empty - liquid or sand. Approx. total weight with water - 249lbs. Approx. total weight with sand - 300lbs. Very portable and easy to move around. The cover is an 18oz rip stop control nylon fabric. The base is made from SDS Stress Distribution System protects against cracks and leaks.

This is a geat training add and is fantastic for punching and low power kicks. More powerful kicks such as jump back kicks and side kicks will tend to knock it over. All in all definatelly worth the money for endless hours of training.
