We will make every effort to dispatch goods within three working day, and hope to achieve delivery to all  UK addresses within five working days of receipt of your order.

Most items are sent Royal Mail, depending on the post you should receive your item 2 working days after it is despatched.

Free Delivery
Free Delivery is only available for orders greater than £75 with the delivery address within UK MAINLAND.
The Free Delivery option is not available for HIGHLANDS, ISLANDS and NORTHEN IRELAND.

Standard Delivery
UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or Courier Service. The price will vary depending on the weight of the parcel based on Royal Mails prices. The appropriate charge will automatically be added to your order at Check Out when you confirm your delivery address.

Example of UK delivery charges:
 500g:      £3.00
1k:          £3.65
Over 2k:  £7.50

Items over 1.5m in length: £7.50


International Delivery
International orders are dispatched  using Royal Mail International Delivery service. The price will vary depending on the weight of the parcel based on Royal Mails prices. The appropriate charge will automatically be added to your order at Check Out when you confirm your delivery address.

Refunds and Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase.  Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly.  If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less of any postage costs.
